DISPATCH

As soon as your item has been dispatched we will send you over a dispatch email which will contain your tracking number and information on how to track your order. Please note; once you have placed your order, we are unable to make any changes so please double check all details and make sure they are right the first time round.

IMPORT DUTY + FEES

We ship all orders from Manchester, England, so if you are shipping to the UK there will be no additional costs. We cover duties + taxes on all orders shipped to the USA + Canada. If your order is being shipped to the EU or Australia, there might be extra charges. If you are shipping to anywhere else in the world, there may be additional charges. You will be able to find out an approximate cost from your local governments website.
